A reminder about Studyology and Mindfulness for Academic Success

When you get this update, I will be on a couple of weeks leave. Sorry, is that gloating?

Just because I am away though, doesn’t mean I don’t want to remind you of a couple of wellbeing/ productivity focused programs we have coming up.

The first is Mindfulness for Academic Success which kicks off at the end of July. This program teaches you how to use mindfulness to:

  • reduce stress and anxiety
  • improve focus
  • stop procrastinating
  • communicate more effectively
  • study and work more efficiently (and with more enjoyment).

The second is Studyology, which kicks off in the middle of August. This program uses principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you tackle procrastination.

Two great courses if you are struggling to stay connected and engaged with your studies.

RSVP details for each are a little different, so follow clearly the RSVP instructions in each of the posts.
