Men’s Health week runs from the 13th to the 19th June

Flinders is getting in on the act a little early, celebrating Men’s Health on the 6th June.

Thanks to the efforts of Susan Hixson – Sports Communication Officer – there will activities, comps, prizes and giveaways at the Hub from 11am to 2pm. Just rock up and take advantage of what is on offer.

I’ll be getting in on the act as well, running a mental fitness workshop at Oasis Community Centre from 10am to 11.30am. I’ll be talking about the different ways that we train our minds and encouraging attendees to consider some form of mental training, in addition to their physical exercise programs.
