Oasis is coming to Tonsley to reduce stress and increase resilience!

Join us at Tonsley for relaxed sessions packed with productivity tips, stress-busting strategies, and study hacks—plus, let’s chat about how we can better support you on campus!

Hey there Tonsley, we see you!

You’ve got very nice digs and robots, but we are embarassed to say we don’t make our way down there often enough.

We’re hoping to change that, and to kick it off, Chris and I will be doing a couple of informal 1-hour sessions focused on tips for enhancing your productivity, managing stress and anxiety, mastering study techniques and exam preparation, improving your public speaking and presentation skills, and any other topics you’d like to discuss!

Sessions will be on the:

21st August from 11am to 12pm in room 2.22

18th September from 11am to 12pm also in room 2.22

You can let us know you are coming via the jotform, or just show up on the day. Either is fine.

These sessions are a first step in us having more of a presence at our different campuses and increasing awareness and access to our wellbeing and productivity programs.

Whether you want to learn about the topics above or give us some feedback about what we could be doing instead, please come along. We’ll try to steal some food and drinks from the morning tea that precedes the session.
