Join the Be Well Mailing List to receive regular emails on practical strategies for looking after your mental health as well as first access to 2025 programs and masterclasses.
Did you do the Be Well Plan here at Flinders? Or are you waiting patiently to be able to do the program?
To remind yourself of what the Be Well Plan is, visit this post. In short, it is a program that teaches actionable strategies for improving, protecting or repairing your mental health and resilience.
If you answered ‘yes’ to either question, you are eligible to join the Be Well Mailing List (go you!!)
At this stage, it is an email distribution list of previous Be Well Plan participants + those who are on waiting lists to do the program.
I send an email every 3 weeks talking Be Well concepts and mental health more broadly. The goal is to give subscribers actionable insights into their mental health and the activities that support good mental health.
Longer-term, the goal is to build a network of Flinders students and alumni who share the common goal of supporting their and others’ mental health. To support that networking aspect, subscribers will get first access to Be Well themed programs and seminars in 2025 [unfortunately I won’t be able to run any more Be Well sessions in 2024].
Essentially, if you enjoyed the program and/or have a keen interest in learning about mental health and how to support it, this might be the group for you.
Signing up is easy. Just visit this jotform and sign-up with your Flinders email: https://form.jotform.com/242518585445868 . If you did the program whilst at Flinders, but have graduated and are no longer a student, you can remain on the list. Email me with the details and we can change the subscribed email – gareth.furber@flinders.edu.au
If you just want to do the program, but not be on the mailing list, you can add yourself to the waiting list, via this form – https://www.jotform.com/241721550413042. You’ll get notified about when the program is next running. At this stage, we won’t be able to run the program again until 2025, so joining the Mailing List is a way to get access to some of the content and insights without having to wait for the full program.
