ADHD 101 Support Group – Starting March 31

One of the most popular programs for 2025 is returning in 2026 – ADHD 101. Sometimes the best support comes from those who are living through a similar thing to you.

Living and studying with ADHD at university can be challenging — but you don’t have to do it alone. Our ADHD Support Group is designed specifically for Flinders students who want practical strategies, support, and connection with others who understand what it’s like to study with ADHD.

This supportive group begins March 31, and we encourage students to register now to secure a place.

Why join the group?

  1. Meet others who understand
Many students say one of the most powerful aspects of the group is realising “it’s not just me.” Connecting with other students with ADHD can be validating and help reduce the isolation that many people experience.
  2. Learn practical strategies for study and life
Participants learn evidence-based strategies to improve productivity, focus, and emotional regulation, helping them manage study demands more effectively.
  3. Build confidence and resilience
Students report increased self-efficacy, wellbeing, and resilience, along with a stronger sense of agency in their studies and daily life.

Feedback from previous participants has been overwhelmingly positive, with 95% saying they would recommend the group to other students with ADHD.

If you’re a Flinders student with ADHD (diagnosed or in the process), this group offers a safe, supportive space to learn, share and grow.

Register now and join us when the group begins on March 17.
