Want better focus, less stress, and practical tools to help you succeed at uni?

There are many psychological tools worth learning, but it can be argued one of the best is mindfulness. Thankfully, Chris has you covered here.

Mindfulness for Academic Success is a short, evidence-based program designed to help students improve concentration, manage stress, and build skills that support both academic performance and everyday wellbeing.

The science behind mindfulness is compelling. MRI brain scans show that regular mindfulness practice can change the brain. Research has found increases in areas linked to attention, learning, and emotional regulation, and reductions in areas associated with stress and anxiety. This is known as neuroplasticity — the brain’s ability to rewire and strengthen with practice.

Students who complete the program report improvements in:
Concentration and productivity
Stress and anxiety management
Emotional regulation and resilience
Self-awareness and overall wellbeing
