Feeling meh? Join the Flinders Live Well Study

If you are over 17 and feeling “meh,” you can participate in a one-week online program, developed by a Flinders PhD student Elli, to improve your well-being and receive a $20 eGiftcard for your feedback. The program starts 29 Sept to 5 Oct 2025! Complete a short eligibility survey (scan QR code below) to express interest.

Life can feel overwhelming, can’t it? Balancing studies, careers, finances, parenting, relationships, and health often leaves little time to focus on you. And with so much advice out there – stress less, sleep more, eat better, exercise, be optimistic – it’s easy to feel stuck or unsure of where to start.

You’re not alone!

Over 5 million Australians report less than optimal wellbeing (van Agteren & Iasiello, 2025).

But there is good news!  Researchers at Flinders University, Be Well Co, and the University of Twente (in the Netherlands) have created two 7 day, online, science-based wellbeing programs to help you live well and get more out of life, and we’d love your help evaluating them.

✅ What’s involved?

  • Participate in one of our 7-day online wellbeing program starting soon! (29 Sept – 5 Oct 2025)
  • Complete 4 short surveys (5–20 mins) on Days 1, 3, 5, and 7
  • Complete 4 additional surveys (10–15 mins each) over the following weeks

✅ What are people saying?

Ready to get started? To learn more and see if our programs are a good fit for you, please complete a short eligibility survey (2 MINS) below or scan the qr code on the flyer.
