Join Bec for a Mindfulness for Academic Success online lecture

When Coronavirus hit, some of the wellbeing-related programs we wanted to run had to be shelved. Mindfulness for Academic Success (MFAS) was one of them.

Not one to let that stop her though, Bec, one of the counsellors and facilitators of the MFAS program fired up her webcam and recorded a 30 minute “Introduction to MFAS” for the Oasis Online FLO topic. Another excellent reason to the join the Oasis Online community.

In it you’ll get an overview of some of the key concepts from the program and a recorded guided mindfulness meditation is also provided.

It is a great way to learn how mindfulness principles can be applied to improving your academic outcomes.

In the same place, you’ll also find another program called Studyology that has similar goals: academic improvement through improved psychological knowledge and practice.
