I just finished delivering a round of the Be Well Plan – our evidence-based mental health and resilience program. I had a great time and the feedback from participants is they really enjoyed it. You can learn more about the program here.
With the end of year quickly approaching, I’d like to fit in another round before 2023 finishes up.
I’d be doing the 5 x 2 hour program and recording sessions, so participants can catch up if they miss a session. In the current round, we had some people attending the live sessions, and other participants following along with the recordings. That method seemed to work well.
