Still time to help shape the next Good Vibes Experiment

I get it. There are exams and there are assignments and life and stuff. All excellent reasons not to get involved. But my counterargument is that Good Vibes Experiment gets at the heart of how we live the good life and you can shape where it heads next. Please consider getting involved. Details in post.

A little while back, we put the call out for students to help shape the next chapter of the Good Vibes Experiment — Flinders’ playful, student co-designed mental health and wellbeing campaign.

We’re still keen to hear from students who’d like to be part of the process.

Thanks to support from Medibank, we have an opportunity to expand the Good Vibes universe, through new activities, videos, resources, events, installations, merch, digital content, or ideas we haven’t even thought of yet.

A particular focus for this next phase is celebrating the multicultural diversity of the Flinders student community and exploring what mental health and wellbeing mean across different cultures, backgrounds, families and life experiences.

You don’t need to be a designer.
You don’t need to be a mental health expert.
You don’t need to arrive with a perfect idea.

We’re looking for students who are curious, thoughtful and interested in things like wellbeing, creativity, storytelling, student-led campaigns, community, culture, connection, media, design, writing, events or helping other students feel supported.

Students who are selected and participate in one of our design workshops will receive a $50 gift voucher for their contribution.

To express your interest, email goodvibes@flinders.edu.au and tell us a little about yourself, why you’re interested, and any skills, perspectives or ideas you might like to bring.
