Managing Overwhelm: Be Productive and Well (Wellbeing Week Session)

Hey there you! Heads up. I am running an online session about managing wellbeing and productivity for Wellbeing Week. Full Wellbeing Week details coming soon but I am getting in early to promote my stuff (one of the benefits of having the logins for the blog).

Wellbeing week is fast approaching. It will run from the 4th to the 8th May.

Student Experience are just finalising events, so the Wellbeing Week website should be up soon (if you currently search ‘wellbeing week flinders’ you’ll get the site for 2025’s wellbeing week).

But I did want to selfishly jump in and promote a session that I will be running. That is right, its all about me!

On the 4th May (the Monday) at 1pm, I will be running an online ‘Managing Overwhelm’ session.

I’ll be talking specific strategies for being productive and well at the same time, which isn’t always easy to achieve.

It is online so no matter which campus you call home, or perhaps you study entirely online, it is accessible.

I’ve got material to present, but the session will also have a drop-in/ Q&A type vibe as well.

So, if there is a wellbeing/productivity question that you’d like to ask the resident psychologist (i.e. me), save the date.

I don’t have the Teams/Eventbrite details quite yet, but I will add them to this post once I do.

So, if you are interested, bookmark this post and save the 1-2pm timeslot on the 4th May in your diary.

Looking forward to it 🙂
