Join the Be Well Plan, a tailored, evidence-based mental health program, for free online sessions in the first semester of 2024, fostering camaraderie, interactive learning, and personalized strategies for mental health and resilience – register now!


Hey Flinders Students!

We’re excited to announce that the Be Well Plan, one of our core mental health and wellbeing training options, will be kicking off Friday the 26th April from 9am to 11.30am and running for 5 weeks.

We’ll be running the program online 🧑🏼‍💻, which means you can join from wherever you have internet access (I’d love to get students from all campuses and online students involved).

This program, developed by Be Well Co., offers actionable strategies to improve your mental health and resilience.
