Are you interested in mental health or procrastination training this summer?

Express your interest in joining the Be Well Plan or Studyology online programs this summer, and get a head start on mental health and productivity before the new academic year begins.

I deliver two online programs.

One is called Be Well Plan which teaches you how to develop an evidence-based plan for your mental health. Learn more here

The other is called Studyology which teaches you psychological tools for tackling the bane of productivity: procrastination. Learn more here

Both are 5 session programs, requiring the commitment of at least 90 minutes per week, over 5 weeks. But being online means you can connect in from anywhere (at least anywhere that has internet access).

They are usually delivered during semester time, and I try to time them so that they don’t clash with exams and other peak periods of activity.

But as I was starting to put together plans for 2025, I wondered whether anyone would like to do either program during the summer break?

I’m contemplating starting both in late January, with the goal of having them finished just as the academic year kicks off (24th February).

The upside is you get access to these training programs at a time when you might have less academic stuff happening 📚⬇️

The downside is that you might be away galivanting, enjoying the warm weather 🌴😎

So at this stage, I am just gauging interest in whether there would be enough people to go ahead with the programs.

If you’d like to do either program during the summer break, please register via these links.

This offer is open to both staff and students! I think having a mixed cohort at these trainings would be cool.

If there is decent interest, I will be in contact with those who have registered to find the best days and times.

If there isn’t much interest, I will wait until the academic year kicks off to offer them again. If you are keen to do these programs but couldn’t attend a summer program, don’t worry, they will be offered again in 2025.
